Keller Williams Realty  ·  Arlington County · Fairfax County · DMV + WV Strategic Real Estate Advisor · Active Investor · Former National Security Analyst

I notice what other agents miss.

I'm an investor who became an agent. I bring a national security analyst's rigor to every deal: systematic, pressure-tested, and built to produce an actual answer. Whether you're buying, selling, or trying to make a property work for your life, I find the angles other agents miss.

What I Do

Real estate gets complicated. That's where I start.

Most agents prefer a clean, easy transaction. I've built my practice on the hard ones: complicated sales, creative financing, inherited messes, and deals that need more than a lockbox and an MLS listing. Pick your path.

Sell

Sell for more with my signature prep-and-renovate-to-sell strategy. Or keep it private and off-market. I walk every home with the eye of an investor and a seller's goal.

How I sell homes →

Buy

"Priced out" and "locked out" aren't the same thing. There are more paths into this market than most buyers ever hear about. Creative structures plus a calculator to run your numbers first.

How I help buyers →

Invest

Real underwriting, deal sourcing, and strategy matched to your goals. I invest my own money here, and I have qualified buyers looking now.

Strategize

For people outside the DMV, or anyone who just needs a sharp thinking partner who'll tell them the truth. That's what strategy consulting is for.

About Lexie

I didn't start in real estate to become an agent. I started because I wanted my dog to have a yard.

"We sniff out good deals"

In my old line of work, a missed detail could carry real consequences. I read a house the same way I used to read a tough national security problem: what's actually going on here, what it's really worth, and what it could become. I've bought, held, house hacked, and renovated homes down to the studs. So I help you underwrite a place before you fall for it, which is easy to do with homes around the DMV and WV.

I also hold a Master of International Affairs along with degrees in political science and business, which gives me a different lens than most agents. If you work in defense or national security and have struggled to make real estate work around a demanding schedule, I get it. I've been there.

Make smart moves. Let's make it happen.

Proof, Not Promises

I took an 1892 Victorian down to the studs and brought it back.

The Craven House in Harpers Ferry is my pride and joy: a distressed historic home most buyers would have walked past. I saw what it could become, underwrote it, restored it, and now it runs as a short-term rental. This is the same eye I bring to your deal, whether you're buying, selling, or building a portfolio.

When I tell you a house has potential, I've earned the right to say it.

Why Work With Me

A differentiated perspective.

Most agents sell you a house. I help you make a decision. Here is why that difference matters.

1

I see what others miss.

I collaborate with vendors who help you understand the underlying issues in a home. I envision what a home could become and paint that picture for you, so you understand its true potential. For a seller, this means pricing it right. For a buyer, it helps avoid expensive mistakes.

2

Local expertise, with geographic reach.

Arlington and Fairfax Counties are my home base, but I am also licensed across the DMV. I am intimately familiar with cities and neighborhoods across DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia, and have excellent referral partners when my clients' needs expand outside my range.

3

You'll always know the why.

I love to share the "why" behind every move, because informed clients make better decisions. My job is to make sure you understand the reasoning behind every move, not just the what, so the call is always yours to make with full confidence.

4

The same rigor I used in national security, now pointed at your deal.

If something seems off, I will tell you, and will always keep your best interests in mind. Even if that means encouraging you to walk away from a deal. Because not every house is a deal, or the right option.

5

When you work with me, you work with me.

Not a chatbot, virtual assistant, or junior team member. Straight strategy, real advice, and a genuine relationship, from the first call to well after closing.

"This is the fourth time I've worked with a realtor in the WMA area, and it was hands down the best experience I've had. Lexie really listened to what we were looking for and learned the nuances of our situation quickly. She put together a very cohesive and competitive strategy that ultimately led to the property going under contract after just one showing! She also helped us understand the offer we received and negotiated on our behalf to ensure the terms were favorable for us. I feel very fortunate to have found Lexie and will absolutely work with her again."

"My condo was listed for only two days, attracting significant interest and multiple showings. This resulted in two full-price offers, and I was able to accept a cash offer. Lexie went above and beyond to help prepare the property for listing, coordinating cleaning, repairs, and staging. She managed the process expertly from start to finish, keeping me informed throughout. I can't imagine going through this without her support and expertise."

"Lexie was absolutely phenomenal. She had our back every step of the way and watched out for our interests. She communicated well and gave us good advice without just telling us what we wanted to hear, which was critical in the competitive market we were shopping in. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and made what can be a very stressful process feel manageable. We would highly recommend Lexie to anyone looking for an agent who truly advocates for her clients."

Where I Work

Close to home, with reach when you need it.

The right strategy depends on the area and your goal. Here is how I think about each.

Home Base

Arlington & Fairfax County

My core markets. Whether exploring a historic Alexandria rowhome, a Cape Cod in North Arlington, a traditional home in Reston, or a townhome in Herndon: this is where I live, invest, and know every neighborhood deeply.

Greater DMV

DC & Maryland

For clients whose search or sale crosses state lines. DC and Maryland each have unique strategies, tax implications, and market dynamics compared to Virginia. I know the differences, and use them to your advantage.

Investor Niche

WV's Eastern Panhandle

Where long-term rental cash flow may make more sense than it does at home. An appreciating market positioned to grow over the next decade: a favorite choice for the investors I work with in Harpers Ferry, Charles Town, and the surrounding area.

Broader Virginia

Loudoun, Prince William & Beyond

Also serving Loudoun and Prince William Counties, at times spanning out to the broader Shenandoah region if it fits your strategy. My reach adapts to where the deal makes sense for you.

How We Can Work Together

Stop circling. Start building.

Plenty of coaches will take your money. Few know the DMV + WV market the way I do, and almost none bring the analytical background I have. I apply the same systematic rigor I used in national security: pressure-tested, direct, and built to produce an actual answer. Not more questions.

Whether you're anywhere in the country or right here in my backyard, these are the ways I can help you move from stuck to acquired.
