When you fill out a form on the Site (a contact form, a calculator unlock, a guide download, a home value request, a roadmap quiz, or a referral form), you may provide your name, email address, mobile phone number, property address, and details about your real estate goals or a deal you are evaluating.

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site. SMS Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at Lexie@GoldLeafCollectiveDMV.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing. We share information only in these limited ways:

• Our brokerage, to the extent required for transaction records and compliance with real estate licensing law.
• Professionals you ask us to introduce, such as a lender, title company, inspector, or contractor, and only when you request the introduction.

We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and to meet real estate record-keeping requirements, which can extend several years after a transaction.
