How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from Real Estate Diplomat LLC when you submit a form on the Site that includes your mobile number, or when you text us first, or when you otherwise give us your number and ask to be contacted by text. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service. Every form on the Site can be submitted without providing a phone number.

They are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and they are not an appraisal or a comparative market analysis. Past results described in case studies do not guarantee future outcomes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
